I’ve no confidence in that article!
So you CAN'T order an M3 now in 2019 and the next one WON'T be available until 2021. That is just ridiculous.
Fake news id say.
Ive heard this is the case, its to release the m3 and m4 together like they did in 2014. This is from the MD of my local dealer
Early 2021 oooof thats ages away. Let’s all settle for what we have for now
Get that in writing with a signature and I'll believe it.
Until then or an official piece, it's just hearsay and speculation. Park Lane were saying that the G80 M3 would be xDrive Auto only, like the M5, look how that turned out.
Nobody will know until its released. Unless a select few of ze Germans.
Hope this is true as we'll all be able to swap with no neg-eq!
Doubt it though as they wont have those launch cars sitting about for 12 months surely?
They will be sitting at the dealers for a year unless cheaper than discounted M5
I wish the new Alfa would hurry up so I would love to chose between the new M4 and the new Alfa Coupe
Have to say the M850i is looking more appealing by the day though.
It’s a great car but are they doing any strong offers at the moment (I haven’t looked for a while at the 8). It’ll be a brave person with zero shits about depreciation who takes on any top end BMW given the current climate.
I wouldnt buy a new one. Everyone on hear moans about depreciation but buys new. Never again would I buy a new BMW.
I would if the spec I wanted, wasn't easily available.
You can’t beat knowing that nobody else has driven it before you tbh. No it’s not essential, and yes you do pay for it, but it’s jusy lovely to get a brand new car.
I can imagine the new car smell makes it worth it
Mine had sat around that long unregistered I think the smell had gone
had it gone stale..
I would. If you're going PCP with eyes wide open (i.e. not wanting to swap inside 2 years) and negotiate a decent deal the depreciation isn't really an issue.
