    2008 M3 Manual 8 Months AUC Warranty Remaning £17,000

Bought my M3 in Jan and time has come to part with it as i really cant justify owning 3 cars at the moment - was an impulse purchase at the time.

Was bought from Stratstone BMW in Derby, and has the BMW warranty on it til Jan 23rd 2019, so a pretty much bullet proof warranty on it!

The car is totally standard in terms of non-OEM modifications, but does have some of the nicer toys on it.

    Spec is:
    E92 Coupe
    Jerez Black
    Manual
    Black leather
Full BMW Service History - 13k til next service is due.
65200 miles (might go up a tiny bit)
    EDC
    19's
    Heated Seats
    Carbon Roof
    Rear tinted windows
    Upgraded stereo
    Front and Rear Parking sensors
    Tracker
    MOT til Jan 2019
    BMW Warranty til Jan 2019
Recently had wheels balanced at WheelPower.

    Looking for £16,500.

Car is also on autotrader with more pics https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201807118362150/usedcars

    Car is located near Bromley.

Getting the usual ebay chancers with the old "ive only got £15k cash waiting".

Not that much in a need to sell!

If you haven't already, get some solid pictures of the car from all angles (taken in neutral light to to avoid harsh shadows and contrast), include some interior and engine bays pics, pay the money and get it on Autotrader.

£17k is a very fair price for a warrantied car. I imagine it will sell in no time.

    Best of luck mate.

Ah mate, I've been getting A LOT of that too. It seems the norm now is to punt an offer in around £2k to £3k lower than the asking price. Pretty annoying!

Nice car though. hope you get what you want for it.

Looks nice and warranty is a massive bonus but if you look at market it is expensive hence why people are putting in offers.

Trade is £13k on these, so people will try offer anything up from that as a chance.

As you are not in a rush I am sure you will find a buyer at some point

Strange comment. If you look at Pistonheads there are a grand total of 12 cars cheaper than this. None of them have mileage this low, most are closer to 100k.

Add the warranty, and I'd say this is a fantastic price, especially when you consider some are asking the same price for E46's with similar mileage.

I don't suppose you're one of the £13k bidders eh? :roflmao:

OP - stick to your price and it will sell, I'm 100% sure. Just get some better photos and a little more info and it'll be gone.

Having said that, if EH have offered you £16.5k I would take it, you don't need the hassle of selling a car like this for the sake of £500

No I have not offered on this car, if i did it wouldnt be £13k it would be £16k ish if I was interested.

Im sure the car will sell and I wish the seller good luck, but its a buyers market.

If you'd offer £16k and it is advertised at £17k, wouldn't that make it well priced in your opinion? Most cars are listed with a price that has some room for negotiation and I wouldn't call an offer of £16k a low ball or £17k as an asking price too high.

Why do people have to comment on these threads for no real reason!?

GLWS OP, looks like a nice car and WELL PRICED :muttley:

Cheers for the comments gents, am in no mad rush to sell it as only reason im selling is due to there being me - and owning 3 cars seems a but mad!

As with everything - price is negotiable, but not by crazy amounts!

Will take the car somewhere and take better pics, agree they arent very good. Had someone (who i think might also be on here!) come and see it and said it was really clean compared to newer cars with lower mileages that he had seen, so i really do need to highlight that i guess!

Had others call, spend half an hour on the phone going through everything - and then not turn up at all!

Timewasters all over the place I'm afraid mate. I've had loads of people call on mine and just don't turn up. It's seriously putting me off buying another expensive car after this experience. (obviously it won't out me off as I love them but I'm just throwing my toys out the pram :muttley:)

Best of luck with the sale. I've pretty much given up.

I sold my ex 350z for £6200,with asking price being £7300. I had my first offer for £6500 and I refused it.If you ready to sell quickly and you know that WBAC will offer much less than that then £15k wasnt a bad offer.GLWS
