    hi guys

im currently in the process of buying this jack from a guy on ebay.

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Liftmaste..._Lifting_Moving_Equipment&hash=item2a372f3733

Before I committed to the purchase I sent him an email explaining im part of a forum and would he do a deal for say 10+ jacks.

He came back with he could do each jack DELIVERED via ups next day at a discounted price of £102.50.

He also will deliver direct to each person.

    Anyone interested??

Been thinking about a new jack for months and went out and joined costco to buy one today!

Seems like a good deal anyway. Cant imagine having a problem getting 9 names.

I may be possibly interested however I know nothing about these. I heard Arcam jacks are good? Are these similar/better?

Just be sure it clears your car if it's lowered. I bought an Arcan low profile trolley jack and it just about clears, there is only a few mm clearance.

im not sure about these. il do some research. think they are quite a bit more expensive.
my mate has one of these jacks thats what brought them to my attention. they seem a good all round jack and good value for money.
build quality seems really good and it goes under my lowered m3 so a winner in my eyes at that price

I have the 1.5 ton version of this. There good jacks, one of mine did fail but was replaced as it was within the 2 year warranty period which is good as most trolley jacks only come with a 1 year one and they honour the warranty. I did buy through the original Liftmaster company that sell them though and not this ebay seller you have organised the group buy with.

Looks a god bit of kit lads, but why not buy the 1.5t version if its just for your M3?

Price wise I would stick with the 2.5 ton one, no brainer plus it lifts higher.

Higher lift might /might not be useful, but its around 50% more than the 1.5t version.

That is a poor discount considering.

    Still, it is a discount.

I'd expect 10% off for not going through eBay...

Just to pick up on an earlier post -
If you buy through eBay from a 'third-party retailer', 9 times out of 10 you'll have no warranty if the jack (or anything else you buy) breaks. You have to buy direct, or from one of their approved distributers

Yeah thats why I recommended buying from liftmaster directly on ebay as they do honour a warranty. One of the jacks I had failed while lifting the car. Gave them a description and picture was told to send it back and about a week later got a replacement. So great service
