    Couple of Carbon bits for my F80 M3.

    Think it depends on the item. Sometimes Cotswolds is cheaper, sometimes HF is. Try them both!

    Oil service vs oil change

    should be the same but if it's just an oil change then i guess they are not replacing the filter? A full oil service should include a filter change.
