Quick clean today along with some bits and pieces - new center caps, treated the seals with einszett gummi pflege. Ive some new mats waiting to go in but holding out for nicer weather (ebay ones with red/blue stitching) Also adjusted all the pressures in my tyres and it rides perfect at all speeds now as they were a little low.

Be phoning Wheels in Motion soon for a geo setup as it definitely needs doing

Still cant get the colour right on my Fuju XT20....

I am not really impressed with the paint finish on the AG 359's - there were areas that had next to no paint like where the bolts sit and there were scratches here and there. To add to that, National Tyres totally ****ed my wheels when they changed them. My old 220's which were almost mint now need a refurb where they have chipped the paint on the edges, the 359's were also covered in paint from where they have been face down on their workshop floor, there are major scratches where they have somehow damaged the face assuming when they over-torqued the wheels and they have damaged the paint around the centre caps. Used panel wipe to remove the paint. Absolute luddites.

They will be going to Lepsons in the coming months for a refurb, ideally on a new set of PS4's but dont know when yet.

Looks beautiful!

Hard colour to capture, but the pics are close enough. It changes tone so much dependant on light quality and brightness.

Sorry to hear about all those balancing problems. Glad you have most of it sorted now, a geo at WIM should sort that right out - I use them too. Great garage for that. I also use them for any tyre changes - I don't trust anyone else.

Shame you're not all that impressed with the paint quality on the 220s. Mine have been great. I'm also pretty sure the paint is left intentionally thin around the lug holes, other wise the paint/lacquer layers can crack and then flake off when the bolts are tightened up (I've had this on refurbed wheels before).

How are you getting on with the E92 M3 overall? Amazing cars!

Yeah I think ill be extremely careful with tyre changes from now on. The damage isn't that bad but I'm a bit like you I think so notice all the little things.

Really enjoying the car so far, just some tidy up bits I am really eager to get sorted (like polishing the black trim round the window...). Pleased I got something slightly out the ordinary rather than the standard colors you see so often.

I love the engine I really do. I can see why people say its gutless but I can cover a lot of ground quickly using the mid range torque, a price worth paying for what it does at 8k+. Now I am starting to figure out how to get the best from the gearbox in all weathers I am happy with the DCT, I think manual would be the totally wrong box for me.

Having second thoughts about BMW warranty, dealer servicing costs are cringe-worthy - 490 for oil and filters at Cooper Cobham. Id sooner have a specialist do the work and me do an interim oil change and simple things like brakes to keep the thing maintained properly and frequently. I can sort things like throttle actuators myself.
