Default Water collecting.

Recently bought a 430i and I notice after rain water collects in two plastic areas at each end of the scuttle. Beneath them are some plastic channels to divert the water downwards but it won’t go there because there are no holes. Is this a design fault? Never looks good to see water collecting anywhere even if it is in plastic.

Noticed this on my m4 , very strange design, maybe to do with left hand drive version wiper etc , very annoying
