Default Throttle actuator repairs for M3s (& M5)

Hi all,

Another popular BBA fix is a repair service for the throttle actuators on the M3 (& M5)

https://shop.bba-reman.com/shop/part...tuator-repair/

Failure of one or both of the throttle actuators will cause the engine to go into ‘limp-home mode’ and the engine MIL light will be illuminated on the dash. Common fault codes that are seen include:

2B15 Throttle valve actuator governor monitoring/control bank 1
2B16 Throttle valve actuator governor monitoring/control bank 2
2B25 Throttle valve monitoring bank 1
2B26 Throttle valve monitoring bank 2
2B21 Throttle valve actuator pre-drive check bank 1
2B22 Throttle valve actuator pre-driver check bank 2
27A1 Throttle valve actuator enable line bank 1
27A2 Throttle valve actuator enable line bank 2

Currently we can repair your throttle actuator for £295 (exc VAT) but please ring us for our latest prices: 01634 687222

This is a cost effective solution and gets your engine running properly again

Please get in touch if we can help. We also offer a small selection of our services through our eBay shop

Cheers,
Paul
