Car: GT3
Default Number 7. Black E46M Coupé

Here we go again!

7th E46 and I just can’t get away from them. I’ve promised myself that this will be a slow burner so I avoid getting bored and selling up!

Do not expect a raft of modifications in super quick time with this thread, it’s a third car so will not be driven much or worked on extensively. However, it will be looked after and enhanced slowly but surely, all being well

My first M3 was Carbon Black and since then I definitely think it’s the best colour (along with Silbergrau). So I was on the lookout for a CB Coupé with an SMG box - as we all know finding a nice clean one is difficult. With some compromise on my criteria, I decided upon buying Anth’s car which is advertised on Cutters. Extensive maintenance work and the big jobs done meant his car was a very attractive proposition for me, only down side was he was at the other end of the country Loong day yesterday but the beast is home!

Main things done:
Subframe
Vanos rebuilt
Head gasket
Rod bearings
Coilovers (was planning on this)
OE 18’s in perfect condition with track tyres (was planning this)
Good paint
New clutch
Various other bits

Great guy to buy from, solid gent!

Decent enough base to start from - will change up to suit my taste - watch this space

Any damage/scuffs?

In the pic it looks like there is a fitment issue on the left hand side.

If there aren’t I’d be happy to collect this weekend
