Default whichs pads to go for?

Hi

Looking at a fast road pad that that won't let me down whilst doing a few TF laps at the ring.

Would like improved braking power and one that doesn't fade but also one that is not noisy on the road like rs29s, I used these in the past on my e46 and they were overkill for me.

Was considering Mintex m1144 or Performance friction Z RATED pads (0918.10)

Which ones would be better suited?

Thanks

Hi

Neither of those will do what your asking sorry, there good pads for fast road and really the odd track day, the ring has lots of cooling so you can get away with a less aggressive pad but on a heavy car with the huge speeds they just wont last sadly

I only do 1 lap at a time and lap around 8.45 btg. Will they really not last?

I thought I could get away with it at the ring as like you said there is a lot of cooling.

Proper bedding in should see any squeal go away. If and when it comes back, bed then in again

I bought my k sports from you Martin with bluestuff, the lower grade ones aren’t all that granted but the bluestuff are a good pad, I was recommended them by Paul who does more track driving than I do so can’t be all bad and that they aren’t so far
