Default DME Repair

I'm after getting a DME repaired. It has an intermittent fault on the pre-cat oxygen sensor circuit I believe. The car has had 3 oxygen sensors fitted by various workshops (none by me) all for the same fault.

The fault occurs very sporadically (every 6-9 months or so)

Do this sound like something you could take on?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for getting in touch. Sounds a pain if the fault only occurs every 6 or 9 months.

Lambda sensors can also be damaged by condensation, perhaps if there is something wrong in the circuit

The best thing to do would be to ring our team in Rochester on 01634 687222 any time between 9 and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If you can give them the part number of the unit then they will very quickly be able to tell you if we have ever seen that fault before and whether we were successful in fixing it.
