Apart from the resonance on cold start, you won't be disappointed - sounds excellent.

Had the MPE fitted today and its really good. Although a bit confused with the operation of the flaps?

Should the OEM comfort - sport button still operate the flaps like with the standard exhaust set up? (Mine still does)

I;ve got both the remote button and the OEM button both working my flaps

I'm no expert and haven't actually listened to what you're suggesting but I thought only the MPE remote control operated the flaps?

Is there some coding required?

As far as I can see on mine only the Bluetooth controller opens the flaps, the Comfort/Sport button does nothing to the valves at idle, although they might open automatically at a certain rev range whilst driving?

I’m almost certain the flaps being opened is for track use only. Therefore I’d be very surprised if there was anything ither than the red button / bluetooth controller having any control over them.

Unless it was an older model which could be different?

Having done a bit more driving it is only the remote controller that affects the flaps.
I think what was confusing me about the pressing the sport button was just the change in engine tone, that must be just down to the BM3 making the car a bit louder in sport.

I've turned ASD off, but there is still a difference in engine note when I switch to Sport. It does help reduce the drone around 3k though.
