Never owned but always liked the looks of these. Look quite aggressive and muscular.

Epic cars,, i owned 3 no. 350z' s the 276 bhp the 296 bhp and the last of the line 313 bhp one . I did approx 40k miles in each one. Still got the last one as a track car, I moved into an e92 m3 after but am also looking at 370z at the moment as they are excellent cars, so cheap to run , servicing isnt far off a nissan micra ! Cars are bulletproof, and can return 30mpg easy on a run

Seen twin turbo kits on the 370z making 800 bhp in the states!

How did they compare to the E92 M3?

Were they more focused and more of a drivers can than the E92 M3 or vise versa?

Thanks for the info

The 350z and 370z is a hooligans car in my opinion. Its not refined like an e92 m3. It performs well when you drive it hard, dont drive them with mechanical sympathy, they respond well to hard and direct inputs , (throttle, clutch , gear box, brakes, ) basically drive it like its not yours and you dont care about it! It will soak up everything you throw at it and just keep performing. With the traction control off it will drift around all day , its super easy to control, and they are seriously robust. In over 120k miles over 3 of them, i never spent anything other than oil changes, tyres and brakes. (Yes the only servicing i did was oil , i totally ignored any other servicing the manual or garage said was due. Its a nissan its basically a fast micra ) , they are built to last and the later hr engines in the run out 350z and the 370z are very impressive, read up on just how many awards these engines won over the years and how well designed they are.

Is it better than an e92 m3 ? simply No it isnt, but they are very different cars .

Would i have another 350z or 370z ? Yes im looking for a 370z at the moment and still have my 350z hr as a track car (totally stock)

Negatives
Tire noise in the cabin was my only ever complaint,
You need an aftermarket exhaust on the 370z (very quiet as stock )

Go and drive one

I had a GT edition car, basically a 370z with all the extras and slightly tweaked suspension.

I bought it as an inbetweener car, but actually kept it longer than I thought I would and did grow to like the car a lot..

If I had to gripe...

Cabin noise is bad, especially on the oem runflats

Needs a decent back box to release some noise

Mpg was a bit crap considering it's a 300bhp car..

Really are niggles though..

Oh.. withfull traction control off, it isn't..

I had a 370Z convertible a few years back, great cars, the blip on the gearbox was a great noise! Only things I didn't like was the cooled seats were sh1te, I had an issue with the metal folding part of the roof, Nissan couldn't fix and ended up fixing it myself with a thick washer!!!! Good fun though would defo have another but values are still quite high when you compare them to alternatives. Once they hit 7-8k would be good bang for buck....

Drove a 59plate 370z GT with 23k miles yesterday, looked like a new car, handled well, however no unready when accelerating, and a but noisy inside.

Drove a new 370Z Nismo today, loved it, accelerated well, handled brilliantly, felt nimble and precise.

£40k new but around £32k with discount and 4.49% APR

The Nismo's look nice with all the touches, like the black one.

I know SVA have one with a 750 bhp GTR engine in it.

My dad owns a 350z so been around a few 370 at meets and stuff. When I decided i was moving on from the focus RS the 370 nismo was my first choice, i think they look amazing. However in terms of performance it wasn't a step up from the focus, off the line yeah the Z was quicker but then my focus would reel it in. Still love the look of them but don't regret going for the M3 over it a single bit.

Quite a few tein turbo 350 and 370z's over here. The kits aren't that expensive considering the performance.

If they were turbo charged like their predecessor I would have considered one over the e92 and kept the saving as a bonus.

I liked their looks when they first came out, but now they look a little bloated. They sound gorgous with the right exhaust though. I actually prefer the howl over the stock S65's raspy growl.

My mate just a bought a Nismo edition and can only report good things about it. I think they look great especially in black but cant comment on how it goes personally as I haven't driven it.

As you can see... it's a pussy magnet.

They drive more like a mustang than a cayman. They are surprisingly heavy to drive. Mini muscle car rather than a sporty car.
