Default Throttle Actuators

Anybody on here good with a soldering Iron?
my throttle actuators needed replaced or repaired..

Diagnostic - 40
Supply new Actuators - 760+Vat
Bavarian Labour 475 to

Decided to opt for replacement of the Cog part supplied for 215 posted by Ian on Cutters site. Turns out its the board, my bad for not waiting until the mechanic swapped banks..
I have new resistors just need the old removed and new soldered, my garage (ROCO) give it a try but insisted i tried elsewhere.. Electronic store 10 - 14 day turnaround, and may not carry it out anyway, Maplins can't, and don't know anybody who would..

I am waiting on a callback from Jason on just build.org .. haven't got chatting to him yet, but if this post fails to get any response i will get it to him for repair. I've been without the M for a week already!
As I've went down the repair route, I'm already out of pocket for 300 (Cogs & labour) so hoping to follow through, instead of replace at cost above.
Thanks.. Marty

I've read 495 for two actuators fully guaranteed. Looks like an ideal solution but some of the feedback about these guys on the internet is appalling!

Yes they have their own forum on the website. Doesn't seem to be any issues with their work just another example the many businesses that don't understand the importance of customer service like answering the phone lol
