LCI owners: what tyres were your cars delivered with?

Realoem lists Contis and MPSS for the earlier cars, but only MPSS for the LCI.

Which is odd, as MPS4 is the current model.

Did it come with the black kidneys?
Or did you spec them.

My dealership just called to ask when would be a good time to drop my existing car off. I said this coming weekend was fine (I have a "shopping car" to tide me over).

So, while they were on the phone I asked what the status of my car was.

It's built!

Just need to check the next sailing date....

The order tracking process is a mixed blessing: on Friday the car having reached the Port of Exit stage, the predicted arrival date at the Dealership was 30th August.
I just checked again, and it now 12th September.

Hopefully this doesn't mean it's been dinged...

Well, if there is any truth in the rumour that all 1- and 2-series go through Cuxhaven rather than Bremerhaven, the Arabian Breeze is due to sail from there to Southampton on the 31st.

The next sailing is the Baltic Breeze on the 7th.

Fingers crossed...
