How would you guys tackle this? Iím assuming some kind of colour restorer?

Get on the liquid leather website and order the colour kit for your car, Then take your time and you'll sort it. I'd use furniture clinic cleaner/cleanser first to remove the grime on the seat.

Every time I follow someone's recommendation of what to look for on that website I end up not finding it and giving up.
