Default Spray polish?

is there such a thing as spray polish guys?

im thinking once my car has been washed and dried, is there any kind of spray wax/polish that i can spray and rub in to seal the shine?

more to the point, i will be driving to santa pod in a few weeks, was wondering if there is anything i can spray on when i get there to polish her up a bit after that drive

Polish and wax are two different things.

A good spray sealant is G Technic C2. For the pod you want a quick detailer spray. Diluted C2 will do the job or you can buy a dedicated quick detailer oroduct such as Meguiars Last Touch.

If you're lazy like me then a quick detailer is pretty much exactly what you are describing and theres plenty to choose from. I rate Auto Finesse Finale, pretty good at taking off any dirt/bugs, but leaves a good shine.

If you looking for a massive gloss boost you will find Adam's Detail spray very hard to beat.
