Default Sky sort it out

I know your going to blame them but at the end of the day I pay my insurance to you and your name is on my documents.

My window was smashed last Sunday night. Auto windscreens came out Tuesday morning fitted wrong glass. Guy said he would order correct one and refit first thing in the morning. He never showed up. When I called he hadn't even ordered it.

This morning another chap comes out with another window. Guess what it don't fit!

It's because they are trying to fit third rate cheap imitation crap! The guy said if the next doesn't fit they will order a proper BMW glass.

Now really on a nearly new M4 I expected genuine glass, but more importantly it's now been almost a week to have your emergency glass team fit a window. It's pathetic and I'm not happy!

Sorry to hear this.

Let me know if you know if you have any further issues with them, and I'll assist where I can.

Cheers,

Alex

Had something the same ...... Windscreen got broken when a stone from a passing car broke it
Called insurance & made it clear i wanted a OE BMW screen "Not a problem sir ...I will put it in your notes to the glass supplier "
Called up windscreen Co ..... " Did my insurance tell you i would like it replaced with a BMW one ?"
Glass Woman :- " We do not fit BMW screens unless you buy it ( 400) & we can fit it for you"
Phone call back to A -Plan Insurance who denied they told me it would be a BMW screen !!!
Not having a spare 400 in my back pocket i now have a "Ying -Yang" windscreen on my 20,00 M3
We all need insurance & they all play on this & hold you to ransom ...... robbers without masks
