Hi Dan been told today that M3cutters are probably not classed as a club for a discount. Today I recieved a cancellation letter so called and wasn't very happy. cancellation on hold while they investigate/look into it.

Cheers

Thanks Adrian Flux. They've secured my business for the next year. They've come out cheaper than Sky Insurance this time around and looks to be a better package so i've switched.

Adrian Flux cancelled my insurance due to their miscommunication with my previous insurer regarding my NCB, and are wanting to charge a premium to reinstate the policy.

Unless they can satisfactorily resolve my current issue, I cannot warn you off them strongly enough. Their customer service has been appalling so far.

Refer to this thread for details of my issue with them:

This problem is now resolved, and the policy has been 'unconcealed', several hours and many many phone conversations later.

Took a policy out last saturday and was told as my last policy on my previous M3 was with flux then I would not need to return any paperwork when it arrives.

Today the paperwork turned up, and you are asking for proof of owners club membership to be given, something i've never been asked for in the past, but apart from that, there is no proof of membership to this forum (no card, no member number etc etc).

I have sent you a PM [email protected] hoping this is something you can sort out quickly.

Just been quoted at just over 500 quid from AF

Admiral renewal price was 490 (after a bit of bartering). Which at 33 with 8 Years no claims, no points, no convictions, no claims, no mods, 6k Miles/annum and the car being garaged was laughable. My previous car a B7 Audi RS4 with 2 more cylinders and 100 more HP was 350 quid 1 year ago with one year less no claims! Insurance confuses me

Cheapest quote so far is Hastings at 403.

currently doing insurance searches for my new car 46 M3, having had almost all of my cars insured with Adrian Flux for 10 years I have to say the last 2 years have been very disapointing both with customer service and prices.
This june I did get a good quote for my Vectra VXR which is moddifed. 480
to change it to the M3 its an extra 321 over that, which you cannot beat.
Sky Insurance just quoted me 560, again as last year undercutting Adrian Flux by alot

My AF renewal came in 100 more than last year, SKY quoted me the cheapest, rang up Flux and they price matched on the spot. So just started my 2nd year with Flux. Really impressed with them and found their customer service top notch.

597 including Airbox, Wheels & ECU Remap! Not exactly cheap, but I couldn't get it any cheaper than that. Underwritten by Masterstudy...so hoping for the best on that

Default Adrian Flux

For the first time in 20 years of driving, Adrian Flux have finally been able to beat my renewal

They were not the cheapest, ClassicLine were but their customer services were absolute dog*****e so ended up cancelling the policy.

I have another policy with Sky Insurance but the were unable to give me a good enough price this year so ended up putting in the phone call to Adrian Flux and getting a good price.

I know they don't seem to get much love on this forum these days but deffo worth giving them a shout as they have just save me best part of 80 which is not to be sniffed at
