I've fitted these sinks for customers in garages / stables / sheds etc they are brilliant for this purpose - my next house will be having one in the garage to save filling from the kitchen sink!

Only just found this thread - brilliant.

Earlier this year I completed a very similar garage build so watching this with interest just to see the differences.

I knocked down the original garage and after the site was levelled we realised just how big the corner plot was and my dreams of a big garage became blurred with a more sensible idea of building a house on it instead to make a hefty profit, but fortunately the garage dream still won!

This is tempting me to do my own garage build thread now!

Not too much to add, just a pic of the back wall and steps.

Waiting for the main part of the house to be painted, main roof is already done, then when its painted the scaffholding can come down, allowing the lower roof to be taken away, and for the wall to be knocked through.

Trusses and floor base should be started week after next

Around 6m by 7m wide. Wish it was bigger to be honest, but the m3 will fit no problem.

Coming along nicely there, I love these kind of threads. I would love to do something similar but limited on width of my current homes footprint. I know from reading all these type of threads what I would need / want. One day, I will get the right plot.

Whats the plans for the raised part of garden? Are you / can you lower it or making it into a kind of raised upper terrace. Maybe room up there for a cabin with a decked area for a hot tub you can push in and out?

My garden is the opposite having a slope down at thbottom of my garden, which sadly can't be filled as there is a stream runs right along the bottom. I need to put mine up on stilts or call it quits and move.
