Maybe you'd like to give a suspension fitting demonstration as well?!

Is there a list of coding options for the e46 somewhere?
Suspension only takes a couple of hours normally, I'm sure we could give you a hand with it if required!

There's a pdf here: http://www.lindvigs.com/obioban/FSW_PSW.pdf

Should give you an idea of what's available to code, just be aware things might not do what you would expect and not all options will work with all cars.

Convoys of e46 are always welcome!

I'm in Smalley so I could just about throw a bag of Haribo to you from here! Quite regularly drive past and have always wondered if you dealt with M Cars. Would be interested to know what other services you offer in regards to the E46 M3 such as pricing for servicing, common fault fixing like head gasket, major works like clutch changes etc? I have a couple of friends with E46 M3's in the Derbyshire area who I'm sure would be chuffed to have a capable & respectable specialist to deal with .

Im more than happy for you to come and throw haribo at me!

I thought we looked after all of the local M cars, i don't remember seeing many locally that we don't look after so you must not drive it enough or you haven't had it long?

You're welcome to stop by any time you're passing and say hi, if you want some coding doing and stop by on a Saturday then ill be able to sort that out for you and we can give you an idea of prices for various things although prices can be largely dependant on the price of parts.

We've always got a 2 or 3 ///M cars on site to have a look around, we picked up a new M5 a few weeks ago to keep us entertained at weekends!

Anyway, drop in, say hi!

15mins away! Sounds brilliant to me..
I've tried to do a few things myself, but started and couldn't work it all out. Left it after that as i didn't find time, and it's off the road at the mo for winter.

You'll know better than me the options available and whether i can do these, but things like roof opening/closing on the key, auto folding mirrors, one touch windows all round [think its just the drivers atmo?]

Anything that you can do with the wipers to make them work correctly! Seems like i have to drive through a storm for them to work on auto!

I'm off the road until the better weather, if there's a dry weekend in the new year i'll drop you a line and pop over if you're still offering. Otherwise might be spring before the M see's daylight again!

If people keep coming then ill keep doing is so no real deadline...

Depends what car you have but there are options to increase the sensitivity of the wipers on some models.

Folding mirrors can be hit and miss but find it works about 70% of the time, depends on combination and versions of control units fitted, one touch close for windows usually works but again not guaranteed!

Ok guys and girls, so after much thinking about how to work this fairly for everyone ive hopefully come up with a way which should work for everyone.

Coding for e46, z4m and e90/92's can be done on any Saturday when i'm in the workshop offering coding. FREE OF CHARGE of course!

Coding for F series cars will have to be done on a model designation per week basis, what i mean by that is when i'm available for coding it will be a separate Saturday for each model M3, M4, M5 or M6 etc

Ill try to make dates available the month before so you have time to plan in advance, it would be nice to have a little idea about whos planning on coming so feel free to post or pm me, although if its a last minute drive out then its not entirely necessary you're welcome to just turn up.

Hopefully that all makes sense, so to kick things off

Saturday 7th January - free coding for F10 M5 & all E series cars
Saturday 21th January - free coding for F82 M4 & all E series cars
Saturday 28th January - undecided... let me know if you want to get in on this day, if i receive more than one message from people with the same f model ill allocate it to that model, other wise ill pick one at random and update in the next week or so.

Don't worry if you cant make those days, mid Jan ill update with February's dates, any preference let me know.

Looking forward to seeing some of you guys in the new year!

A few people have requested a list of coding options which can be changed, below are a couple of pictures which give a list of some of the most commonly requested coding options.

It is by no means conclusive and not all options will work on all cars, some are hit and miss, some will work when they shouldn't and some will not work for seemingly no reason at all!

The lists will be available on the day in order to try and speed up the process a little, however if there is something specific/different you wanted to try its no problem.

If there is anything significant you think people may want that i have missed feel free to let me know and ill add it onto the list.

Havent got around to doing the E9X list yet but many options are covered on the e46 list.

There's a few things I'd like doing to my 46 track car. How much are we talking for shift lights, rr limit removed and O2 delete? I'll bring beer!

It's only 25 to cover the licensing fee's for the software

So its 25 total for as many or few options as you want...
