Default Service pack Question

My M3 is due a service, its 5 years old on the 24th April 2018.

It has the 5 year / 50k service pack.

Its had:

2013 - RIS @1131 miles
2014 - 16202 miles Oil / Filter
2016 - 30068 miles Oil / Plugs / Filters / Brake Fluid
2017 - 34573 Vehicle inspection - nothing else ticked

They are trying to tell me that despite being within 5 years and 50k miles I need to pay

I've disputed that and asked them to point me at the small print which says that, the SA then said he'd ask BMW if they can do it under the service pack.

I'm paying for brake fluid, I knew that wasn't included for a 2nd time.

Anyone had anything similar?

Mine is just coming up to 5 years old, and they did brake fluid FOC last week. I didn't expect them to, but they said it was covered.

Edit - Sorry I see they covered it after all.

You need to be on the ball with all dealers as they like to pump you know and again.

You did well to get the brake fluid change covered, they just pointed me at this:

https://www.bmw-service.co.uk/servic...and_conditions

‘brake fluid (at 3rd year only)’

The oil and filters were covered although the SA made it seem like some kind of favour which was bs!
