Exclamation 2005.5 BMW E46 M3 Coupé Individual

Edit: PH link https://www.pistonheads.com/classifi...vidual/7606952

This car is the most sorted M3 I have ever come across, mechanically and aesthetically - hence why I bought it. You will not find or drive another M3 like this. I have had a fair few, and it's by far the best one I've had (and I've had some really good ones!)

Here is a link to the journal I started:

http://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/showthread.php?t=173923

Firstly the important bits:

2005.5 - '55' plate one of the last E46M's ever made
82k - FSH maintained by main dealer and Munich Legends
Being one of the last M3's has the revised floorpan Ie. Subframe is fine
SMGII - with CSL software, drives impeccably smooth and potent
Individual Avus Blue and Lotus White leather - gorgeous car really stands out
Sat Nav/Digital TV Prep
Genuine CSL wheels with MPSS - all tyres pretty much as new
Genuine CSL bootlid with boot liner
New OEM clutch and flywheel including gearbox mounts , rear main seal, centre bearing etc.
Koni Yellow dampers
H&R lowering springs
New trailing arm bushes
New front suspension arms and associated bushes
New upper and lower steering coupler
New steering rack
New power steering pump
Beisan Systems Vanos upgrade (all seals, new oil disc, anti rattle kit, solenoid etc) - replaced and upgraded for peace of mind!
Hack Engineering Billet Exhaust Hangers and upgraded back box clamps
Braided brake hoses all round
Upgraded Diff bolts
10/12mm wheel spacers
Storm Motorwerks SMG paddles & Gear shifter/bezel
CSL rev matching SMG software
New rear discs and pads
New spark plugs and coilpacks
New water pump and thermostat
Alcantara steering wheel
OE Piano Black interior trim

Anything that needed replacing, was replaced with all associated parts also replaced.

The Vanos wasn't causing any problems, upgraded for piece of mind.

The suspension is so smooth and as you would expect as everything has been replaced for new - bushes arms etc.

I see this car regularly and can vouch for it being as described, and one of the best maintained examples of an E46 you will find

Although I say it again to you Faz, you won't find another one like this when you go looking again (and you will go looking again....... )

Thank you mate

Will be advertised only on Cutters for the next week to 10 days and then, if it's still here, I will list it on PH, Autotrader etc.

Nice car
You might want to remove the part about the subframe though, as it's not true

You state that because it has the revised subframe that you won't get any issues.
Who told you that?
They all are prone to failing

What have you done to it? Did BMW put that foam in?

Where does he say that it won't have any issues?

He has stated that the car has a revised floorpan and although it may fail at some point in the future, the ad states that it is currently fine. Any prospective buyer will likely perform their own checks or a pre-purchase inspection.

Might I suggest if you are seriously considering buying the car that you contact Faz via PM so he may address any concerns you have.

Thanks, Zee

To confirm, the subframe is fine and welcome to any inspection although to 'properly' inspect it you'd need to strip the whole back end.

All serious enquiries by PM please

I ain't arguing about it, it's just my observation. You obviously read it differently.
