Default Winter upgrades

I have decided to do a bit of preventative maintenance on the m3 over the next few weeks whilst I have some time to fit the bits!

I will be dropping the rear end and fixing any corrosion, doing the RACP reinforcements (already has BMW floor replacement and injection so will epoxy plates on as I don't fancy burning the foam away, there was a lot of smoke when I was welding in the Safety devices cage/rear brace!)

My diff carrier already has red polybushes in there but I want to replace everything else. The car spends 90% of its time on track and I usually trailer it, but I would like it useable on the road so not going full aluminium rosejoints etc!

Recommendations on RTAB bushes etc - black polybushes? Thinking of Turner camber arms unless anyone thinks differently. Diff will be replaced with a wavetrac and 4.1 ratio (any recommendations on who to buy from?)

I will also be buying new coilovers, my HSDs need a refresh and might as well upgrade as the same time. Intax or Nitron - which would you go for and why? I run slicks on track (more for value for money than out and out pace!)

Thanks for your thoughts!

Just to keep this up to date, have ordered Nitrons from Spires and he recommended oem everywhere apart from diff cradle mounts and rtab which will be powerflex black.
Wavetrac diff ordered from Martin with 4.1 ratio, eibach camber arms and all new nuts and bolts from bmw.
Rear end has been reinforced with reddish plates, after investigating with a keyhole camera the only bit of expanding foam was in the right rear mount so that has been glued on rather than the others which are welded.
Need a few weekends now to get it all back together and up to Matt's for suspension setup!

My diff was built with 70% lockup on power and 40% on coast with 16drilled clutch packs in total, what ever this means, I don't know!

70% That sounds high, does it cause tyre chirping during tight slow turns, like roundabouts or junctions?
