I'd only let 2 people touch my BMW's ...

Noel at NCB AutoKraft
Rob at AutoBahn servicing

Can't recommend them enough

I can also vouch for Autobahn servicing in Halesowen. Had my headgasket done from them.

I've had an oil change and a few bits done from them on my old 335D. Pleasant experience and good value.

However, reception is manned by apprentices who are a tad clueless lol

I called up to get a quote for 'inspection 2' on my E46 M3 - they called back and quoted 375! alarm bells way too cheap! Air filter, cabin filter, oil filter, oil change and a check over. They don't check/ adjust valve clearances.

Hmm might just stick with NCB Autokraft plus they're much closer to me.

They're super busy, cheapest by 100 when I was getting quotes for headgasket replacement but the guy on the phone was quite rude. Reviews aren't great online either.

Went with Autobahn instead.

RSJ are totally imcompetent BMW 'specialists' avoid.

My vanos repair was atrocious, everything fitted incorrectly and a generally shoddy job.

As said before , if you want someone knowledgable to look after your BMW or M car then from experience you only go two places. Noel or Rob ! Just pay them a visit and speak to them about what you need doing and you will quickly find out what they're about

I can also vouch for Autobhan in Halesowen. Had an inspection 2 done and it was absolutely spot on. Car also feels much better to drive since service.

They are a friendly bunch down there so you will be in good hands.
