Sorry for the question I'm about to ask which has probably already been answered in this thread but if I have already had an update of some description done by m3carbon the is it all up to date or is this something else. He done the rev match also. Quite intrigued if this is something new I can do......I like new

Not knowing what has been done then not easy to answer, if you have had the engine dme updated then this is for the gearbox.

I have had my engine dme changed to csl rev matching and also applied the inertia fix.

I believe you can't have the smg gearbox ecu/dms update done remotely so is anyone around the Liverpool / Southport / Manchester / Wigan area who could do this for me? Happy to pay someone for their time.

I have my own laptop with Inpa and other software but I would rather someone do it who knows what they are doing unless their is an easy to follow step by step guide somewhere?

You cant use INPA to do the update mate, you need WinKFTP.

Thanks to John I managed to update my car tonight, the car is SUPERB now. Its like a different car at low speed too, even the "Auto" mode works better.

Think I can get those C63 AMG thoughts out of my head for a while

The Assembly number of 7843255 means that its running the latest version of the CSL SMG software/firmware.

Just need to test it out now (I don't have an SMG either, lol)
Just so I could see pics
