Default Passenger side blanking cap for the brake air duct?

Has anyone got one of these that I can have .

It's the black plastic insert that is on the arch liner behind the bumper that some folk remove to allow more air to the wheel well.

Anyone know why drivers side is completely blanked off while passenger side one has the holes ? Just curious.

p/n 51718243812. Ive discovered that these are called access panels and are also used on the E46 323Ci to 330Ci.
The LH panel 51717894515 is also used on the 318CI and 320CI.

I always thought they had something to do with brake cooling but apparently not. They are just part of the inner liner.

The full BMW price is 51 each !. Should be available from breakers.
