Hi Guys,

May I ask, does the Stage 2 + Primary delete w/test pipes increase exhaust note (say, similar to a 2 pipe mod)?

If it does increase exhaust volume, I may hold off on exhaust modifications until I have the Stage 2 and primary cat delete done first.

One of my previous M3 V8s which I only had for a short time (another story), I'm convinced had the stage 2 and cat delete, as it felt notably sharper and more alive in throttle and delivery - unlike any of my other V8s I've had since. I want that feeling back. It felt great.

Yes it does increase exhaust note but not sure how its comparable to a 2 pipe mod as I've never heard them at the same time. I've heard both combined and it sounds very good and no drone!

Great - thank you for clarifying! Along with cold start coded out it might be the perfect pairing.

Just bumping this as a reminder to the options we can provide on the E92 M3 ECU Remaps.

Also a primary decat with remap, fitted and dyno'd is 999 inc VAT for forum members.

Does the remap/Is the remap able to compensate/remove the bunny hopping you sometimes get on the S65?

Can't say I've ever noticed a bunny hop on these cars except for early DCT cars which are cured by the GTS DCT update.

Does your decat system involve cutting the standard cats out and replacing with new pipes?

Think I have answered my own question:

What sort of gain comes from the rev limiter raise option versus leaving it stock?
