Default New to Cutters

Afternoon all.
New to the group but not to M cars.
Have just sold a Twin Turbo, BPU Supra and bought Bossco's E92 M3 (pretty sure it's well known on here!)
Awesome car, love it completely.

Plans for 2018 are a trip to Evolve for the GTS DCT firmware update and their Stage 2 Remap Update with Cat Delete, sort the stone chips on the front bumper and bonnet then cover it with protective film and, a new issue, sort the little patch on the carbon roof that has gone milky (near the aerial). Looks like ingress of water under the lacquer but needs more investigation.

Looking forward to meets, info and advice as always.

Cheers! If itís anything like the Supra forum itíll be a laugh!

Was at the bodyshop today and sheís booked in for a pampering at the start of Feb. Bonnet, bumper and front wings totally resprayed, splitter relacquered and the roof, with itís milky area, will also be sorted - complete relacquering of that too.

Along with the work at Evolve she should be quite an animal by the end of Feb.

Happy to oblige!
This was how it looked before sale:

This was how she looked about 18 months before!

And this was how it looked when I bought it over 10 years ago!

This was my 2nd Supra (one above is Supra number 3)

First BM - the E36 (with original 19" Hartge alloys) alongside my first Supra!

Welcome.
Love that E36 - in my mind those Hartge wheels are some of the coolest ever made... Was so in love with them back in the day.

You and me both - they were awesome wheels. Cost a pretty penny back then too!

OK so decat done and Stage 2 ECU remap done. Apparently the lambda sensor in bank 2 was showing an error so will need replacing. Paul said it may have robbed us of a horse or two! However it made 435bhp (rounded up) and sounds unbelievable. I’ll try and do a decent quality video to illustrate the exhaust note but if you thought the noise on stock was awesome, the new note is bloody intoxicating! I had a 120 mile drive home from Evolve and I grinned like a mental for every single mile! Evolve have got a great product - highly recommended.

The GTS DCT firmware upgrade has erradicated those indecisive moments it has at roundabouts and junctions making it sharper with even faster and smoother changes. A great upgrade and highly recommended too.

All in all a great day, nice figures and it’s made a great car drive and sound like an F1 car - love it!
