Think we should meet up for a beer before we go to discuss things, plus set up a WhatsApp group so we can keep in touch here and in Germany, If you PM me your mobile nos i will create one !!

Here is an example of my costs for last year.

Ferry - 100 quid

Accommodation - 300 to 400 quid depending on what you want

Food - Bratwurst and chips most lunchtimes 5 euros and a main evening meal about 25 euros

Beer - 50 quid only a few beers in the evening as didn't want sore head next morning

Laps 25 or 30 euros a lap depending on day. x 10 which is generally what i aim to do in a long weekend. (cheaper to buy in bulk if a group of you are going.

(The biggie) Fuel i guess around 400 to 500 with travel. ( had my car down to about 10MPG on the track)

this is just off the top of my head but there will be other things you might want like European breakdown, car spares and change of brake pads etc etc.

So budget around a grand
