Default Windscreen cover seal replacement

Has anyone replaced the front windscreen cover seal? (Part 6 on the diagram linked below)

diagram

Can it be done without removing the glass, like the seal cover for the back window?

Thanks

Is that the saloon? Pretty sure it only goes across the top, and can just be replaced with the correct profile seal.

Its for a coupe, so goes down the sides too. If anyone has changed this part without removing the windscreen, I would be really grateful to hear about it.

If not, does anyone know what the going rate is for someone to remove and refit a windscreen?

Buy the part and you'll see how it folds up as the windscreen goes into place and it'll probably become obvious it's going to be impossible.
