Default ULF Upgrade?

Hi Baris, Have you nailed the ULF firmware upgrade to Gen 13 yet? I recall you saying a while ago you were close!

I am about to pull the trigger on your BM54 amp upgrade, as soon as I can organise myself, and live without tunes for a few days. I could do without having to rip the boot lining out more than once, as I will likely do the ULF upgrade when/if available!

Thanks

Hi Jason, should be ready early next week for the ULF firmware upgrade

The main changes:

-Improved connectivity, especially to newer mobiles.
-Auto phonebook download.
-Caller ID

Hi

Any updates for the ULF firmware?

My phone pairs ok (Lumia 920) but the connection drops and reconnects repeatedly and its almost impossible to make and receive calls.

Current version is below:

Would it be exactly the same as a genuine 13 one? I'd be all over that if you can upgrade the ULF. Top work

Pretty much. The only differences, so far, is that the 13th gen can hold 1000 numbers in the phonebook, but without changing the memory, then it will still only hold 500. Everything else will function like a 13th gen one does

Dude, you're a legend! Let me know as soon as this is available. Caller I.D is the main thing I'm after

You got this sussed yet, squire? Payday is approaching and I need to spend my money on something useful, before I am tempted by anything else!

Apologies to all. I had 3 methods of doing this, and the first one I went for, which would of been the cheapest for everyone, fell through.

So, I am on to the 2nd method, which will still work out cheap for you guys, but I just hope it works.

The 3rd option, is a lot of work per unit, and I would prefer to avoid this one.

No worries Baris - thanks for the update. Big respect to you for trying this in the first place - if it was easy, everyone would be doing it

Gen 12 was EOL 05/07, so around about that time, possibly a fair bit before as there seems to be some overlap.
