Agree about coolant temp being more significant though. You get lots of fuel droplets condensing on the cold metal surfaces so have to enrich a lot to compensate.
It is not a linear relationship with intake temperature.

Temperature compensation really starts coming into effect as intake temperature rises. You are looking at it high to low rather than low to high.
