Obd readings are these normal?

Hi I know my car isn't an m3 but it is an e46 2002 ci sport, 2.2 anyway I had recently had a ecl for p0420 code catalytic system efficiency below threshold bank 1, I get these readings can anyone tell me is this a cat issue or oxygen sensor issue as my car has done 118000 miles and I understand those sensors going about now.

Any help grateful thanks
